Hayley Roberts is the founder and CEO of cybersecurity VAD Distology, which operates in the UK and Benelux markets.
Her position follows a 20-plus year career with blue chip enterprise businesses in retail, recruitment and technology. Her company specialises in identifying, representing and distributing disruptive technology in the cybersecurity market.
Roberts has highlighted company culture as being a priority, aiming to champion “vibrancy and ambition”. Proactive in engaging with other leading voices within the industry, Roberts is often quoted in the trade press on various trends and topics, sits on the CRN UK judging panel for Women in Channel, and features in the annual CRN A-List, an annual guide of the most recognisable figures in the UK channel.
