Hayley Roberts wins at CRN Women in Channel Awards 2021
Distology’s CEO, Hayley Roberts has won Role Model of the Year and Woman of the Year at the Women in Channel Awards 2021.
Distology’s partner network can now offer Auth0’s developer-friendly identity management solution that provides the building blocks to balance convenience, privacy, and security needs.
Auth0 handles authentication and authorisation processes for businesses, so their development teams can focus on innovation. One of the platform’s key differentiators is extensibility, which makes it easy for companies to configure the security and experience for their users, without needing to become identity experts themselves.
According to Salesforce’s State of the Connected Customer report, 80% of consumers believe the experience a company provides is as important as its products or services. With this in mind, Auth0 makes it easy to offer the login experiences customers want, as well as progressive security solutions like Adaptive Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) that protect customer identities without compromising the user experience.
“As UK businesses continue to digitise their services, they’re very often faced with competing security and user experience needs, and a shortage of precious developer talent,” said Pete Wilson, EMEA partner manager at Auth0. “We are excited to work with Distology partners to help local businesses solve these challenges by putting identity at the centre of their digital strategy.”
Distology was among Okta’s first distributors globally. Now with the addition of Auth0, Distology partners can offer the leading independent identity solutions for any use case.
What’s more, because identity is often a critical part of digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives, Auth0 also offers a suite of easy-to-use technology integrations via Auth0 Marketplace to complement and extend the value of its platform.
The announcement follows Distology experiencing its most successful period to date, with the business doubling its team over the past 12 months. The company has ambitious growth plans and, as part of this, is diversifying its vendor portfolio to offer resellers a greater range of solutions.
Lance Williams, Chief Product Officer at Distology, commented: “The role of a distributor is ever changing. But, the one thing that remains is the reliance from our partner network for us to do the due diligence on their behalf for upcoming and brand-new technologies, ensuring they can recommend high-quality and secure solutions. We know our partners are time-poor, so that’s how we can offer true added-value in terms of our service.
“Distology is known for representing innovative solutions, so Auth0 is a really exciting new addition to our vendor portfolio which sees us extend our offering in the arena of customer experience and security – something that is increasingly important, as businesses strive for the best online customer experience.”
